No. 1 ! The Beginning !

The first time I went to ://about blank, as I walked into the dance floor, I was very surprised to be hearing an unreleased track of mine, "THE DANCING", playing. There was a small ledge in a corner next to the DJ booth where I could study the crowd's reaction (market research).

I had no idea how the DJ, Rhyw, got it. I did the horrible thing and went up to the front of the booth while he was playing and said, "Um, how did you get this??" It had been passed to him from a mutual friend, he told me. THE DANCING and another one were in rotation at his sets, he told me. Wonderful. I hadn't released any music or even DJ'd in Berlin yet. The surreal feeling of walking into a club to hear music you've made — I will never forget this.

So, at least one of these bangers is club-tested already, shout-out to Rhyw. The second one, "FIRE ALARM", is a sort of minimal / industrial type of techno. I don't typically make that stuff but I like how this one turned out. I haven't sent it to anyone yet outside of a couple friends, and I haven't heard it on a big system yet, so guestlist me if you plan on playing it somewhere in Berlin. :)

The last one, "ZEPPPPP" is a simple track, some nice drums, a nice vocal chop, lots of bass. Sometimes I listen to it on the train and it makes me want to go to the club.

These tracks carry the label "unreleased" because for now, I'm not distributing them to any store or streaming service except for here (and promo versions to YouTube). I want anyone carrying these to know they got them direct from the source.

This is the first in a series of Unreleased Clubtracks that I will be dropping over the next months. Lot more of this coming down the chute. Stay tuned.
